Account Deletion

The fastest way is inside the app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and the data listed below are removed automatically — usually within a few minutes, and in all cases within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data you created in the app:

• Account details — your name, email address and profile information.
• Workout history — completed sessions, logs and progress records.
• Nutrition data — any nutrition applications and assigned nutrition plans.
• Community content — posts and comments you have created.
• App purchase records — the membership purchase entries held in our app database.

Some records are held by our payment provider, Stripe, rather than in the app itself. Stripe retains billing records — such as your customer profile, subscription history and invoices — after your account is deleted. We do not store full card details on our servers at any time.

These records are kept by Stripe for legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to handle refunds or dispute resolution. They are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and retention schedule, and we cannot delete them on your behalf. You can request their removal directly with Stripe, or ask us to pass a request on.

If you can no longer log in — for example, you've lost access to your email or the app won't open — you can still request deletion. Email us and we'll verify your identity and remove the account for you.
